Event Registration

Upon arrival, please ensure you collect your conference satchel and name badge at the registration desk. Delegates must wear their lanyard at all times during the conference.

The Conference registration desk will be located in the Auditorium Foyer, Level 1 of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and will be open from the following times: 

Wednesday 212 June - 7:30am - 6:00pm

Thursday 13 June - 8:00am - 4:30pm 

Friday 14 June – 8:30am – 11:00am 

 

Payment
Please note full payment is required before the Conference starts on Wednesday 12 June 2019. If you have an outstanding payment at the Conference you will be required to complete the payment before attending the Conference unless otherwise agreed with PHAA prior to the Conference.

Event App

We are pleased to be able to offer an Event App that can be used during the Conference to view the agenda, abstracts and speakers for the Conference as well as contact each other.


To download the app, please click on the link below or scan the QR code.

Once you have downloaded the app, type in the event code: phpc19. You will then have access to the Public Health Prevention Conference app.

Once you are on the event app you can log into the app with your registration details to customise the app and make your own agenda. If you have any questions, please visit the Conference Registration desk.

The Conference App has the ability to connect with other delegates. Please click on 'Share Contact Details' and select to 'Opt In' to share your contact details or 'Opt Out'. Delegates that have opted in will be visible in 'Attendees'.

 

You can also connect with other delegates using the 'Contact Exchange' function in the Conference App.

A copy of the delegate list (excluding contact details) can be downloaded here. We also encourage delegates to download the Conference App, using the links above, to network and engage with delegates and speakers while at the Conference. 

Breaks
Morning/Afternoon Tea and Lunch will be served in the Auditorium Foyer, Level 1.

 

Dietary Requirements: The venue has been notified of any dietary requirements delegates have provided PHAA during the online registration process. If you have a dietary requirement and have not yet notified PHAA, please email events@phaa.net.au as soon as possible to ensure provisions can be made.

Location: Cargo Hall, South Wharf Promenade
Canapes and substantial food stations will be served throughout the night. There will also be light entertainment and dancing. A mocktail will be served on arrival and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout the night. Alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase.

Dress Code

The dress code for the conference is smart business casual. Please note that the venue can become cold at times so please bring along a wrap or jumper just in case.

 

Evaluation Questionnaires

A Conference evaluation will be emailed at the end of the Conference, we ask all delegates to complete the evaluation form. Feedback can also be given at the registration desk at the Conference by completing the feedback form and adding it to the feedback box. 

Name Badge and Lanyards

Name badges can be collected from the registration desk during the times indicated above; delegates must wear their lanyard at all times during the conference.
